1StepMore specialises in the delivery of high quality training with low student to instructor ratios.

As such, 1StepMore cannot facilitate attendee's changing from one course date to another.

However, life happens, plans change. And in recognition of this the following refund policy is applicable on all purchases.

If you drop out of a course :
More than 14 days prior to the course you'll receive a 50% refund
From 14 to 3 days inclusive prior to the course you'll receive a 20% refund
2 days prior to the course, or do not attend on the day no refund is offered.
